Location: Tail Great Park (Ohio University, Athens -- Corner of Richland Ave and Shafer St)
Time: Registration begins at 11 AM and the walk starts at 12 PM
Walk with us and join our team...Go to www.marchforbabies.org and select "join a team," search Bobcats for Babies and click on the OH team (you will go through and click Bobcats for Babies*OH team three times) This will take you to your personal page where you can set your own goal, add information, and start fundraising! - Hello! Welcome to our Bobcats for Babies blogspot. Bobcats for Babies is a student organization at Ohio University and a collegiate chapter of the March of Dimes; a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality. Our purpose is to rally students around the mission of the March of Dimes, support advocacy campaigns, create mission events, and raise funds for life-saving research and education. March of Dimes research has already led to amazing discoveries that have saved millions of lives. Bobcats for Babies hopes for a day when no family has to suffer the heartbreak of seeing their baby in the NICU struggling to survive. Through our efforts on campus, we are one step closer to that day when we can guarantee that all babies will be born healthy and full-term.
